Why goes through the minds of people who limit their definition of beauty to a race that is not their own?

I don't have a problem with interracial dating that is based on true love or based on genuine attraction that has nothing to do with the other persons race.

But If you are going to limit your definition of beauty to one race, then why don't you limit yourself to your own race? To limit yourself to another race shows that you have self identity issues. To limit yourself to a race that is not your own is like saying "there is no such thing as an attractive man/woman in my own race".

In my opinion you should not define beauty by race(I've dated Asian, white and black guys), but if you are going to define it by race then surely you should define it by your own race.

So this xmas i will be alone as i have for the last 5 or 6 years...I would always sleep the day away and be depressed but today i am gonna just go see "the holiday" in theaters today and im pretty happy about that!. I have no family, no CLOSE friends either but acquaintenances for the most part..i don't knwo why i'm writing all this but ummm......merry christmas!!!!

this christmas i got a couple of dvds and i dont have a dvd player. i want to watch them on my laptop but my cd drive isnt recognizing them. everytime i put a dvd in the cd drive (my laptop does read cds), it says there is no disk in the drive. my friend told me to download hot llama, which i did but i tried it and again, it doesnt work. i made the cd drive d: my default drive for it to play but it still says there is no dvd in my drive. i am going absolutely crazy and dont know what to do. please give me some good answers.


also..... i searched for dvd drivers for my laptop but couldnt find any

....and i have searched for free dvd decoders but dont know if thats what i need and dont know how they work


***** it would be really super helpful if someone could give me directions on what to do and please tell me very detailed and step by step directions if its complicated. i really dont know much about this sort of thing.

I bought an L.E.I jacket that said on the label that it could be machine washed and well I washed it and it got this incredible funk. I've tried everything to get the smell out ...air drying, febreeze, washing it again...but the smell still won't come out!! It has waterfoul feathers, goose down and I'm going crazy cause its a really pretty jacket and I just got it last month. PLEASE HELP!!

I am considering going beauty school and I was wondering if anyone has gone to beauty school after going to a legitimate 4 year college. I went to one of the top rated schools for psychology in the country and just graduated with my degree. I am not interested/nor do I have the 3.7gpa I need to go to graduate school. What I have found by looking at jobs is that I don't hardly qualify for any entry level positions, and if I do they usually start at about $20-25k a year. What I am wondering is if I should go to beauty school or just look for jobs that I qualify for. I know that the girl who does my hair makes close to 80k a year. Shes younger than me and has a brand new suv, is buying a house, all while being a single mom. I went to college and I can't find a job now and I have loans to pay off in 5 months!
Is beauty school practical?
How much money does someone usually make after graduation of beauty school?
Can I go to beauty school while working full time?
Cost of going?
