i have found out that you can teach oscars to play tug of war and i have a young oscar about 3 inches that i have had for a day. I have done research on oscars but i have never found anything about how to teach them this trick.

I'm an 18 yr. old male, who for the past year have been dealing with anxiety and panic attacks. I've turned into somewhat of a hypochondriac, but have gotten better about it.

I'm always cold it seems like.. and somehow just got this idea in my head that i have low blood pressure. I mean, I'm skinny but fit.

I've had a million tests done within the last year just to prove to me it's all anxiety. (complete blood counts, glucose tolerance tests, ekg, etc.. you name it.) So i've had my blood pressure checked by docs many times before, and they have told me nothing about it. I've always been told it's low, but it's good (I think he means low meaning it's not high blood pressure).

So am I just acting like a hypochondriac again since i get my blood pressure checked often? I get it checked at least twice a year for sports.

I met an old school friend recently and I really like him, he offered me his number and a few days later with drunken courage I texted him to say it was nice to see him and does he fancy a drink? My mom, my sister and I were all in the kitchen talking. I was in mid-sentence when my mom took my sister by the hand and led her into the dining room. I was left my myself and awkwardly talking to no one. So I just stopped talking in the middle of my sentence.

I was annoyed, so I left the kitchen, exiting through the opposite door, so my mom and sister did not see me leave. When my mom returned to the kitchen SHE was mad at ME for ditching them without a word.

Turns out, she want in the other room to get me a present that for some reason she thought I could use right then. (Though I still don't know what it is.)

Of course, I think I'm right, but I'd like some other opinions.

Tired of seeing these Longhorn fans trolling here looking for some kind of validation, when it's obvious that the Longhorns [are quite mediocre]. I'm convinced that Vince Young sold his soul to the devil, but now that he's gone, the Horns can go back to doing what they do best -- CHOKING. Ther reason I am asking this is because some Black people, not all don't really think about the symbolic meaning of things. Take example soul food. This type of food is very similar to the scrappings given to enslaved people of African descent by plantation owners. This also goes for terms like "good" hair and "bad" hair and nobody even thinks about where it originated. So, when little Black girls wear their hair in a gazillion pigtails smothered in barettes aren't these just modern day plastic ribbons like the stereotypical "pickininny" children or am I overreacting?
