how or where do u get a ring for a sim?

ok, if it is going to be som1 from another family, invite them at 100 relationship, serve food, they will go to the bathroom, you watch tv, when they r done ask them to watch tv with you then propose. that is for bustin out, i think it might work for regular sims or any other sims.

It is when the sim has a 100% relationship with the other sims and the sims has to have a ring an the sim has green in all area before asking the other sim to marry them.
