Yes.
Look for the key that says "PRT SC" on your keyboard, usually on your upper-right.
Go into Microsoft Paint.
Hit CTRL+V.
Save the image.
And you're done. =D

Hi yes there is.
When you go to the flash picture, press the "prtscn" button on the keyboard this is also called "print screen button" after that, open the program paintbrush on windows and then press ctrl + v - this means control + V - which will paste the whole picture that you printed.
After that you just need to cut it off with paint brush and save the image.

If you want to save the actual flash file itself so that you can open it anytime you want in your browser then you can try the Flash Saving Plugin from the link below. It works with Internet Explorer but I'm not sure about Firefox or others.
