What's your ultimate life goal? Are you scared where you will be after you die - are you prepared for that? Would you be sad if God replaced us with a new creation which would be obvioulsy better than us?

- I asked should you be scared because all the prophets warned about Hell etc. - and about new creation because God hasn't been very pleased with humans i.e.at Noah's time most were destroyed by the flood and in the Quran it's mentioned -
14:19 Have you not seen that Allah created the heavens and the earth in truth? If He wills, He can do away with you and produce a new creation.

All God wants from us if for us to draw close to him, to enter into a personal relationship with him and to give him the worship he deserves. He has given us his son, Jesus, so that our sins may be forgiven and that we may come to know him. My ultimate life goal? To be worthy of the name Christian, to follow in the footsteps of Jesus and to look forward to an eternity with him.

My ultimate life goal would be to know that I am operating in His perfect will at all times and not seeking after my own personal desires. Because I know that I am His, I will be with Him when G-d sees fit to let me leave this veil of tears and then I will be complete, because to be absent from the body is to be present with the L-rd, which is for better. Whatever G-d wants to do will be best for all of us, however this question lacks a proper foundation because it isn't based in the truth of G-d.

I believe that God wants me to make the most of myself and to make my existence good and happy for me and all who come into contact with me and to leave this place and people better than when I found them, this is not an easy task I leave a wife 3 sons and a daughter and to date 4 grandsons.
I don't find this task fun, where it was when I was younger and carefree.

I want his "Well done!" and to be with Christ forever. God requires us to have faith in him, believing in what Christ has done to save us from our sin.

It's perfectly summed up by the catechism: "Man's chief end is to glorify God and to enjoy him forever."
