They are making Rambo 4 right now. Maybe if the movie do good at the box office there will be a Rambo 5, but I don't think Stallone is going to live long enough or have the physical strength to do up to 10.

Unfortunately, John Rambo will be dead by the time a 10th Rambo flick could be made. HOWEVER, I heard they are making Rambo 4 right now! WooHoo!!!
