Britney is worse. She came on the scene as a squeky clean pop princess and billed herself as a role model. She tells the world she is a virgin. Next thing you know, she is running around in the skimpiest of clothing, getting married just to "have some fun", kissing other girls and stealing husbands. Career goes down the toilet. So she has a couple of kids, whines about being in the spotlight (all the while allowing a "reality show" about her marriage and home life to air for all the world), then decides she doesn't like her image, so she ditches hubby and runs around without panties and complains that she hasn't had any time to enjoy her life, has an excuse.
Her kids will be forever seeing their darling mommy's snatch. That says it all for me.

Paris by far. She has always come off as snobby, arrogant, spoiled, and bratty. And she has no accomplishments whatsoever. Although I'm no Britney fan myself, she has at least released a few successful albums and singles before she tarnished her image

I would like to add options 3, 4, and 5. Option 3: Jessica Simpson. She's just as slutty and trashy as the other two except she tries to call herself a role model. Yeah right!
Option 4: Christina Aguilara. She doesn't pretend to be a goody two shoes. She admits she slutty. I respect her for that.
Option 5: Pink
She's none of the above. She knows who she is and she won't sell her soul for the fame.
