Prosecutor`s office in Russian city of Khabarovsk has finished investigating the case of a U.S. serviceman accused of killing a Russian relative of his wife and has handed it over to a court, Regnum news agency reports.

The U.S. Embassy has identified the suspect as Christopher Garner, an active-duty enlisted soldier based at Fort Bragg, N.C. The embassy did not give his rank. He was on leave when the slaying took place.

29-year-old Christopher Garner was charged with strangling his wife’s uncle in September in Khabarovsk and then dumping his body in a nearby village, regional prosecutors said.

I give my dog a bath almost every day. I told my friend about it and she told me that it is not a good idea. She says she only bathes her dog once every two weeks because that's what the Vet told her to do. According to the Vet, dogs should be given baths once every two weeks. She said that the dog's skin gets dry and flaky if it is given a daily bath. Is this true? I mean, I can't imagine myself taking a bath once every two weeks. I know I'm not a dog, but I would think that our skin is more delicate than a dog's.... I haven't seen anything wrong with my dog's skin either.

My partner and i are on the rocks because of my foster family he thinks i dont love him but i do with all my heart, He asked why i dont stick up for him when my foster family call's him and i dient know what to say he keeps telling me that they are not my familiy so i should walk away because they keep hurting me but i cant i love them he dosent understand this what can i do to make him know i love him and it isent his fault i am deppressed it's there's? I am considering either going to the justice of the peace or having a small wedding... I have been with my fiance for 9 years and we have a son together. My Mom says it would be stupid to have a wedding... and that we should just go do the paperwork. She says people will think a wedding this late in the game, with a baby is foolish. Why can't we all just get along?
Christians, I know that people are going to act like total jackasses. I know we are going to be persecuted. But even so, it doesn't help us at all to be bitter and condemning to non-Christians.
Non-Christians, we ARE going to disagree with you. Most of you have read the Bible at least one time, so you already know that our way of life is probably WAY different than yours. That's OK! There are some really mean Christians out there, I know. But please, try to ignore the mean Christians just as you would want us to ignore the mean Non-Christians.
Yes,I know this has been said a thousand times. I am just saddened by the hatred that is growing between the two groups.
