my parents are mormon. i am not an entirely organized religion type of a person. for about the last three yrs i have had no loyalty to mormonism and have explored, studied, and gathered knowledge of other religions and phyloshophies in buhdism, wicca, hindu, ancient greek, roman, and egyptian, etc. i also have a boyfriend, which isnt aloud. so how do i break it to them that i dont want to live a lie of mormonism anymore?

I don't think it's my heart, because the pains are on the right side.

I don't get them when running or doing sports, I usually get them once a day, when im sitting in class or sitting at home. Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing them?

Theres no shortness of breath, and I don't get any other pains in my body. When I get them if I stay perfectly still, usually in a couple minutes I am pain free again.

My best friend asked me out, and i don't want to go out with him. he is so nice, and he can make me laugh, but i told him no. he is just not my type. he is a jock, and i am more into skaters. I like this guy in all of my classes, and he knows. My friend gets sad whenever i talk about any guys. I have this big thing for the band Panic! at the Disco, and he gets sad when i say i think ryan ross is cute. I have no idea what to do! he cries too. he is my best friend, and since he asked me out, we are not like we were. I even told him why.....I told him, that i do not want a boyfriend right now (and i don't) he thinks i am just trying to make him feel bad, and i don't care about his feelings. I do care, but i do not like him more than a friend. I just am very confused. I want to die!!!!!

im an architecture student and planning to do a thesis on creating the most efficient and complete animal shelter which can cater all the animals needs to assure the comfort and health of the buildings occupants (humans included). since the site would be located in a tropical country (say somewhere around borneo), i guess the needs have to be specified differently. hope u animal lovers can help out. so far im focusing on domesticated and stray animals, not to sure about the wild. but its still taken in consideration.

It seems to me that the number of points needed to reach Level 2 are ever changing - am I crazy?!? I keep thinking that I have finally reached the goal stated the last time I logged on only to be informed that I haven't quite reached Level 2 yet. What exactly is the points needed to qualify for Level 2 - I am anxious to be able to rate the answers to questions I am interested in.

I emceed his company's function and I always am professional, so as not to give people the wrong idea. But I guess he was led on when I msged him after the function, thanking him for having me as emcee and that it was good to work with him. To me, thats a standard msg I send to people after I've emceed their function. I guess it was a mistake, because now he's asked me to dinner which could or could not be politeness or trying to get to know me more. Whatever it is, I would rather not go, just in case its the latter. I waited 40 min before replying "TQ but I cant make it tonight due to prior plans and happy new year to you". Now hoping he gets the msg. But if he asks me out another night instead - how should I respond?

My husband and i have a hard time getting our older children to listen, they take their time about doing things, they bring home bad grades, they don't do there chores right, and they always want to ask for something, We have taken everything from them to where they dont have anything, We talk to them on a daily basis, and it just doesn't seem like anything is working, they have been punished so much they are used to not watching movies, talking on the phone or playing video games. the ages are 14, 12, 10 and this has been going on for years and we have tried everything and still nothing has changed, Can someone please help us out?We would appreciate some ideas that other people have tried and work. Thanks!

My company updated their employment agreement which includes an updated non-compete and other tidbits. They've done it once before only this time they are paying employees they asked to sign the new one $1,000.00 to sign it. Is this to protect themselves by making it a contract where "goods and services" are exchanged as opposed the usual one where we all sign away our skills, abilities, brains and ideas without getting anything in return?
