I have two XP machines sitting about 3 feet apart. The wireless router is in another room about 25 feet away. Normally, the signal strength on both machines is "Very good", but occasionally one machine or the other (rarely both at the same time) will suddenly show a signal strength drop to "Low" or "Very Low". Box A seems to experience it about 3 times as much as Box B. I have done some testing and it appears that when this happens, my network throughput is about 1-3kbps. It gradually gets slower until network requests simply time out, at which point I have to reboot. Rebooting immediately fixes the problem. I tried to wait it out, thinking it might be interference from a microwave or phone, but the problem never goes away on its own. Also, doing a "repair" on the network connection, or manual disable-enable does not fix the problem. It is extremely puzzling, as it has only been going on for about 4-6 weeks, and seems to be increasing in frequency.

I totally have a virus on my computer and the only way to rid it and possibly more is for a software.Which I do not have.Only way is...I know this may sound weird & "nervy"....but is if someone will hook me up with a key for a software they have or tell my where I can get one.Please,I have no credit card for the antivirus software.Thanx

I'm 26, male and overweight (not obese, just some extra poundage). I used to be overweight in high school, then I lost about 80 lbs and joined the US Army. I was in great shape for about 2 years and then my last 2 years in the Army I started going downhille. Now four years after that I'm back to where I was in high school. Where do I even begin to start? I'm so out of shape now that when I even think about working out it frustrates me on where to start. I'm still in decent shape ability wise to do stuff, so I guess my question is...where should I begin..running or jogging or walking to get used to it? I get played out pretty quick now. I'm working on my diet also, but as of right now just getting myself motivated and in the mindset to get a great workout is the top priority. Thanks for any ideas.

First, you join a party because that's what mummy and/or daddy did. Then, you get the secret handshake and get invited to ALL the fundraisers and riots. Christians are Democrats, Muslims Republicans. "Third parties" are Hindus (Libertarian), Buddhist (Green), Wicca (Peace and Freedom), Pastafarians (Communist) and of course Atheists are independents. Anybody can theoretically vote for another parties candidate (for saint maybe in the case of religion) but the two top parties (sorry, this is horribly USA-centric) cannot cross party lines under any circumstances - they are in the death-match and cannot even switch to the other party without being disowned by their families. Everybody else can pretty much attend the other's festivities and mostly just enjoy life. And of course everybody laughs at the Wiccans and their prospects of world domination (but the Wicca don't mind because they're just in it for the society anyway).

Has your S.O come up with any goofy names yet? If so, what are they?
My boyfriend has a daughter named Celesta. Yesterday he said he wants to name his next child (if it is a boy) Charles Lester, so people would call him C. Lester. (Corny joke drum sound). After he said that he gave me the "please aknowledge that was funny and tell me I did good" look. All I could do was stare in disbelief! He thinks he is so funny!
(I had to burst his bubble unfortunately and let him know that if we're having a boy I've already picked out the name Ethan Michael).

Is it normal...

My friends parents are sooo nice it seems like.. sometimes i just make up stories so it seems like my parents are more involved in my life.. my friends parents always take to the movies..ect. bc my parents always complain when they have to take me somewhere.. and tonight i went to my friends house.. i forgot to tell my mom.. i just told my sisters.. and now my mom is going to ground me for a long time.. my mom yells at me for not keeping my room neat.. its getting so old.. she always is like " why do i always do all the cleaning around here!!" i dont even feel comfortable telling her when i am doing stuff with my boyfriend..so i make up stories saying im going to the movies with my friends instead.. she knows i have a boyfriend but still.. idk maybe im just in a bad mood.. are your families like this?.. what can i do to make it seem better?
