I need to think of a good/fun nickname for one of my good guy friends ryan. I'm a girl by the way. It doesn't have to have anything to do with his name.

Yup, I vote for Rye-guy. But stop trying to think one up and just let it happen. One day you'll just see him a certain way and a lovely nickname will occur to you. One must never contrive a nickname. A nickname is a magical thing.

Ry-ry. That's all I got. Personally, I find that good nicknames are based on characteristics rather than name alone. For instance, I call my tech-savvy friend "Sparky" and some of my shorter friends "Half-pint". Maybe if you told us at least one of his defining characteristics?
