Has your S.O come up with any goofy names yet? If so, what are they?
My boyfriend has a daughter named Celesta. Yesterday he said he wants to name his next child (if it is a boy) Charles Lester, so people would call him C. Lester. (Corny joke drum sound). After he said that he gave me the "please aknowledge that was funny and tell me I did good" look. All I could do was stare in disbelief! He thinks he is so funny!
(I had to burst his bubble unfortunately and let him know that if we're having a boy I've already picked out the name Ethan Michael).
So has your S.O. come up with any goofy names?

My ex wanted to name our son Scott. Not so unusual. But our last name was Scott. So the poor kid would have been Scott Scott.

I hope he also likes Ethan Michael, seeing as it is his child as well then surely he is allowed a say? It is a very cute name I might add, very "manly" but also cute for a baby boy.

My other half likes funny names, we aren't having a baby just now, but have spoken about it, he likes Storm for a girl (what are we??? X-Men or something??) and Hamish for a boy, now I do not mean to offend anyone here, and Hamish is a very traditional name, it just reminds me of moustaches, and a moustache is just horrible!!!!!

ya actually he has and every time he spouted one out i came up with a reason why not to name are child that..... such as.... "like after so and so dog?" with a sad look on my face... or bye saying "so he can be teased?" over all he understood that i didn't like the names he was coming up with I'm sure i hurted his feelings a bit but naming a child isn't about being funny or being nice trying not to hurt the others feelings... after all the kid has to live with it....

Well my hubby allowed me to pick out the name as long as the initials were CCM (our last name initial is M) as it would be the hockey equipment company...stupid I know! But no one realizes it, so I went along with the entire ridiculous thing

Yes, he picked the name Charles. But then again the child was goofy-looking so I suppose it was appropriate.

My hubby wanted to name my newborn son Elwood Scott. Scott is his name, and Elwood is from the movie the Blues Brothers. I actually talked him out of that one, and my newborn is now Anthony Michael.

My husband wanted to name our son ESPN, the sports channel. Of course that didn't stick, he's wonderfully named Jeremiah Addison. Women have better taste than men do. lol.

My husband wanted to name one of our son's Wilson! It's a football company and he thought it'd make him some glorious football player! What a joke!!!

We ended up naming him LaMarcus Wilson...and then our last name just for him!!
