I was doing hills today, and at the very end of my workout, being as tired as I was, I tripped and fell going down a rocky slope and bounced down landing on my leg, and twisting my ankle. It hurt like hell for a few minutes and then subsided into a dull/sharp (somehow both) pain. It hurts to take a step on either of my ankles and I have to drag my left leg practically. Normally I wouldn't be so concerned, its just the track season is coming up and I have been training unbelievably hard -it would be my luck that I'd get a small fracture or something and find out by breaking my foot in the first race of the season. Anything I can do to help heal it, and what should I be looking for.

I have a male rat that lives in a wire mesh cage. We use newpaper for bedding so it doesnt keep falling out of the cage and creating a huge mess, we have used this for a very long time with several animals and have never had a problem with it. Recently when I have been petting him I notice that underneath his fur it feels like he has little scabs all over him and I don't know what they are. I feed him a regular whole pelleted diet that the pet store used, and he always has fresh water. Is this something that could be serious or is this typical for rats? Answers appreciated!!!

It's like I can never make my parents proud. I have two brothers who are both great quarterbacks like my dad, and I have an older sister who is a straigt A student who won homcoming queen. Me, nothing. I am always sick all the time, so i waste alot of my parents money, and they always complain about it. My mom rely wants me 2 play softball also, but i tore my sholder in 4 different muscles so i couldnt play that season n i dont like it that much. But after that i played volleyball, and im rely good at it and even won MVP, but i can neva get my parents 2 come 2 a game. They jus dont care. And i want 2 tell them wut there doin n that its hurtin me, but i cant n im startin 2 not care at all anymore, n im scared im going 2 end up doin sumthing rely stupid..wut should i do? jus quit volleyball n not tell my parents wen i feel sick anymore so they wont have 2 take me 2 the hospital n waste their money? Please help n give me advise. (sry so long 2)

Why do christians make up their own religion? Isn't it Gods task to make everything for us? God did not give authority to call His religion 'Christianity'. He did not give authority to celebrate Christmas...and if you say Jesus is God ..he often asked his followers to ''worship the Father"...which he also did himself....why wud a God worship Himself?? that is illogical!!!

lately everytime i have sex the right wall of my vagina, hurts. it feels like there is some sort of cut or something, but after a few seconds it goes away. and then afterwards i get this burning sensation in my lower abdomen, and my ovaries feel reallly heavy. and then i wake up the next morning, and its fine. this has been happening for like 3 days, im starting to get worried. i am taking birth control, and i do have unprotected sex with my boyfriend of 2 years. i have been tested, and so has he. so thats not the problem

I'm planning 2 buy a Canon A540. Will some 540 users tell me how is this camera? I read some reviews where it was claimed that 540 does awfully indoors as the flash is not powerful enough? Is it true? There is an option 4 xternal flash but I can't afford it.

I have always been a very spiritual person, and one could even say religious in my own way. I do believe in Jesus as a savior, and I think he can be a great outlet for people to use to find their spirituality, but I in no way believe him to be the only way. Many scare me with the hate and misunderstanding they bring upon Christ by using interpretations of scripture and teachings that were not meant to judge or cause fear in others. I believe in a loving God' that hold everyone on equal footing in finding his love.

I have been to a Methodist church a few times, and it has been the closest to a loving atmosphere. I am not claiming that anyone needs to choose a religion to find spirituality, but I am looking for another outlet to meet likeminded people and do more good for people and the community.

And suggestions?
