The ending of a letter is actually different in different languages, based upon the culture and whom you're addressing it to.
"Yours truly" wouldn't make any sense in most of the languages. Please don't try the online translaotrs for that, because they'll come out with literal translations that nobody will understand because of the colloquialisms.
Merry Christmas!!!!

Esperanto
Yours truly = Via vere
However, Esperanto letters (leteroj) are normally signed off with Amike (Friendly; short for 'yours in friendship')

In dutch (flemish) : HOOGACHTEND,
It does not litteraly mean the same as yours truly, we use an other expression.
Hoogachtend is something like with 'a lot of respect'.

We don't say yours truly when ending a letter in Turkish. We either say "Sevgilerimle" or "Saygılarımla" whih means "With love" or "With respect" respectively. "Saygılarımla" is of course more formal and "Sevgilerimle" is more informal. Or sometimes, we just write "Sevgiler" meaning "Love".

The German translation given above is correct, but awfully old-fashioned.
