I asked a question about whether my husband should have a heart cath and some of the answers amazed me. I didn't realize I was on the UK and Ireland site. I live in the United States and Yes doctors do do unnecessary surgery. Here they make lots and lots of money. I have realized, tho that he needs to get a second opinion and I have a doctor that I trust very much that I am going to drag him to to to get a second opinion. But here in the US they will operate on anything that is breathing. To add our insurance does not cover 100% and we are left with big bills.

I need some Advice in things to say or ways to break it off with my boyfriend. What are ways you have delt with this issues before? I have 2 of them right now and this is for those who are against the breed. Do you judge case by case? Do you just look at the dog and decide that it is a horrible animal? What causes you to call a pit a bad dog. Statistics have shown that chows and rotties are just as dangerous as pits. I love all the dogs and believe that the breeds danger level is purely on their size apposed to the "breed". When different human races were attacked and judged on different levels it was always bad. When wild animals were hunted for being "bad" it always was recanted and now they are protected. Has killing and attacking what we don't understand or are afraid of EVER helped ANYTHING in history? Judge the deed NOT the breed.

What ever happened to the happy middle? It has been proven through polls that both the extreme left and right are losing votes.The less extreme people in the middle are getting them. I have a fixed term lease on a house in Long Beach, California. 6 months left on the lease. Out of the blue, landlord is attemping to sell the house ASAP (we have never missed a payment or anything). He has already listed it with a real estate agency, and Agents / prospective buyers are coming by daily with or without our permission, even if we are not home (realtor was given a key without our knowledge). There is now a big, annoying For Sale sign in the front lawn, including a hole in the lawn that it is placed in. What are my rights? FInding suitable housing in Long Beach during the school year is nearly impossible.
