A tiny bit of toothpaste and a toothbrush. It makes them sparkle and is easy since you have everything anyway... at least i hope so!

There is this great stuff called Razzle Dazzle and it is safe for everything makes my diamonds so clean they look showroom new! I love it so much I give it as gifts to my in-laws!
If you need to clean them quick use a soft tooth brush and toothpaste - foam really well let sit 1 minute then scrub clean - they will look great. Good Luck!

Just use toothpaste and a tooth brush. Make sure you scrub the back part wear the diamond's point is exposed. Then rinse them off in very hot water and let them air dry. This actaully works with most gem stones assuming they're dirty from everyday wear.
