My boyfriend and I found this gel based spermicide to use. I was just wondering, how effective is it? Do you use it or would you use it? We still use the pull out method as well.

I am a HUGE fan of the Titans, and Vince Young, and I was wondering if they could make the playoffs. The have won a bunch of games lately and they are 7-7. The beat the Colts, Giants, and yesterday the Jaguars. The next two games are against New England, and the Bills. Tell me what you think please.

This has become expensive for couples, parents and anyone involved in the entire reception. We are talking about as many as 50 people. I have first hand experience, and have been to other weddings that have had the same problem. Can anything be done? I am a musician/photographer, and have seen the dissapointment and waste of food and money when people do not show up or even call to say they are not coming. Should a notice be added to the invitation about this?

I am interviewing in NC, but am from PA, so I am really not familiar with the standards. All my student teaching was done in 6th grade and this interview is for 3rd grade. Only 4 people are interviewing for the position to start end of Jan. I am SO nervous, so any help at all would be truly appreciated. All my college buddies haven't interviewed at all yet, they are depending on me to let them know how it goes.

In my humble opinion I think that science is merely a social construct theory, in that it is created by humans in our attempts to understand the meaning of life.

Science relys so much on theory and is NOT based in fact, nor does it explain what the 'truth' really is. It could be said that Science is just another branch of philosophy...

Pbls with my comp that task magr,command prompt, reg editor and msconfig are disabled by some running viruses and inhibit any instal.. of antivirus.?
restorion in safe mode all thing are of no use.
viruses inhibit even opening of a folder which has antivirus content.
one option is to format and reinstallation but any other option
urgent plz. write about any software which enable even taskmanager.

I recently brought a laptop from an aquaintance who has since disappeared.The laptop appears to work,but I can't access the internet because he didnt leave me his m.s.n password.
Is it true that alls I have to do now, is purchase a wireless internet "card" for the laptop and then I will be able to access the web?
This seems to be to easy,if it is ,please inform me on what Iam forgetting and any other info you feel pertinent,such as another simple way to obtain internet access via my handmedwn laptop.

Here's what happened:
My husband and I attended a non work related party, hosted by an employee, attended by many employees as well as the restaurant's owner.
The owner got beligerently drunk by the end of the night, and started calling me names. I called a cab to leave and when a cab pulled up I went to get my husband. He was in the back of the house with his boss. I told him the cab was here, and she started yelling that she had called a cab first and it was her cab. She was accusing me of stealing her cab. My husband jumped to my defense and things got escalated and ugly. We offered her the cab but she didn't want the cab, she just wanted a fight. My husband ended of screaming at her and we just got in the cab and left.

If she wanted a cab so bad, wouldn't she be waiting at the front steps like I was?

Can we sue for wrongful termination if she fires him today? or if she reduces his hours to nil because of this? How about intentional infliction of emotional distress?

A friend's wife will be in and out of the hospital for the next few months. For Christmas, we want to get them things that will be useful. So far we've come up with a nice travel pillow for him, some magazines, puzzle books, and for her we're thinking a robe and some cozy socks. Any other suggestion?

Catholics who go to confession are a little missinformed. The atholic church has devised a real money maker through making their congregations give money by guilting them. The bible tells us in 1 John to "confess" our sins. In greek the word "confess" means to ACKNOWLEDGE them. Christ paid the penalty for ALL our sins on the cross. Future, Past, Present. Please people wake up and just try a bible church and feel the love of Christ as God would have you feel not as some well paid Pope thinks you should feel.

We are decorators working on a 35 year old home. As part of the
re-decoration the kitchen counters were to be replaced. A professional
Licensed, insured Handyman removed the counter top and the sink and closed
the shut off valve under the sink tightly. The job continued for 5
days without incident, but on the sixth morning the water was flowing out
of the hot water pipe from under the sink and the shutoff valve was
completely open to cause a LOT of water damage. The house is empty and is
being re-decorated in a desperate attempt to sell. An insurance
adjustor who inspected the shut off valve suggested that it opened on it own?
Can that happen? Can a shut off valve open on its own?
