That all depends on the staff honestly. I went to one in Omaha, staffed with very nice, helpful people. Then I transfered my membership here. They have the same machines, but I hate it because of the employees. They're snotty. And they really don't know what they're doing.

Yes it's a very good idea. The hours are convenient and the equipment is really up to date. There are professional trainers that can help you develop a fitness and nutrition plan. Also, if you go to their website ( http://www.24hourfitness.com/ )you can download a free 10-day pass to try out the gym. I am a member of a 24 hour fitness in Houston, TX and I really like it, there are tanning booths, saunas, steam rooms, Olympic size pool, full size basketball court, upper level all cardio machines, lower level free weights and various weight machines. Also there are numerous classes, kickboxing, cycling, yoga, pilates, etc.
Just try it free for the 10 days and decide.

It depends on the gym and your workout needs. Tour the gym to check out the staff and see if it has the equipment you want to use. Also see if they offer a trial membership so that you can try it out without the full commitment. That way, if you don't like it, you're not stuck in a long contract. Good Luck.
