If it looks old, and has a lot of folds in it, it probably is only worth $2 or $3. Look at ebay and search for ones with similar dates and see

It depends on the condition of the bill. You will need to go to a collector and have it appraised. You can also buy a book on coin collecting that will give you an approximate value. Don't trust the first offer you get, and don't fool yourself into thinking that your bill is in better condition than it really is.

It's to late to redeem,as silver.You should have done this approx. twenty years ago when they were recall by the Govt.
