i have a zen touch and while doing a firmware update the upload failed, my zen touch is now unusable because even though windows recognises an external player/portable device i cant get the firmware loaded back on to it, i have downloaded firmware from creative but when i try to load it, i get a message that says no device is connected, creative said if i send it to them they will fix it for a price, my question is how do i load the firmware if the firmware load says do device. i have tried recovery mode but that dont work either, any help will be much appreciated

okay. so i have sims 2 the original and i'm gettin open for business for christmas.. the thing is i hear nightlife works good with open for business? so i managed to borrow a copy for one night, when i install open for business in a few days time, will i be asked to indert the disk from nightlife again? First of all, let me say that my dog is 13 years old and Saturday she started having trouble walking, like she was getting dizzy and couldn't balance herself. That's when we started noticing that she was shaking her head a lot, leaning her head to the right to gaurd her ear, and having pain. It's obvious it is inner ear infection. Because her symptoms suddenly showed up on a Saturday evening there were no vets to go to until Monday, unless I wanted to pay $125 to walk into the emergency clinic, so I started her on baby aspirin for pain and 40mgs Amoxicillin q 12h for the infection. (5mgs per 1lb of body weight - she weighs 8 lbs) I happened to read an old post where "kgreives" advised someone that because they couldn't afford to pay the vet's exhorbitant costs for services that they shouldn't own a dog. Ignorance is everywhere. Here's my advice - take your dog to the vet whether you have all the money or not. Pay what you can before you leave then tell them they'll have to bill

im working on mag fed paintball gun. I got a few questions about real gun mags. How do the bullets stay in the mag when the mag isnt attached to the gun and how do they get into the chamber when it is time to shoot. Also how does the mag attach to the gun? I would like to know how someone that has a BA degree as a Paralegal, with a double minor (Political Science & English) can get a job. I graduated in 2005 and have been on several interviews, but I keep hearing the same answer, "We want someone with experience." I did my internship at the local D.A.O and I have nothing below a B in any of my law classes? I could really use some suggestions, because how am I going to get experience if no one will hire me. I am willing to re-locate and have good references, but no job for which I am going to be paying student loans back. I just feel like I have been robbed.
