okay. so i have sims 2 the original and i'm gettin open for business for christmas.. the thing is i hear nightlife works good with open for business? so i managed to borrow a copy for one night, when i install open for business in a few days time, will i be asked to indert the disk from nightlife again? (which i wont have :( ) any answers are much aprreciated, thanks guys!!

From personal experience, it seems that everytime you install a more recent game, that is the CD you will need to use to play the game. For example, when I installed University, I started using that CD to play, then Nightlife, then Family Fun Stuff, then Open for Business, then Glamour Life Stuff, then Pets. I recently installed the Holiday Stuff, but I still need to use the Pets CD. That seems to be the only exception.

no you wont all you will need is the open for buisness disk from then on i have every sims pack known so far for the sims 2 so believe me when i say you only will need the next disk , you may however be prompted to revert to the original sims2 disk for a update but thats it
