How About the Philidelphia Experiment. The government was experimenting on how to make there subs and battleships invisible to enemy radar. It went wrong resulting in people disapearing and even some sailors being found imbedding in the deck and other parts of the ship.
There's also the Gazoline, Pharmacutical companies, etc... The government has researched alternatives for years spending billions of dollars but will never implement them, because it would lead to ecconomic ruin for these companies. So the government made a deal with these companies to hold there results.
And of course AREA 51 and the Alien spacecraft crash in the dessert

Bill Clinton could not keep a BJ secret and yet there are people who think the Air Force shot down the airliners on 9/11 which would mean about 1000 people would have to be quiet. You cannot keep a secret in the U.S. and still there are people who think that thousands of potential witnesses to a conspiracy all get together and decided to make up a moon landing, the Kennedy Assasination, etc. and it remains secret. Conspiracy people have some mental condition that blinds them to pure logic and reality.

Well said, Tom W.

All these conspiracy theorists are fools. Many years ago, there were cover-ups of various events, but that's about as close as we've came to "government conspiracies".

The CIA distributing crack to inner-city neighborhoods... although from what I have read, there is actually a grain of truth in this one.
