HELP intake manifold on a ford windstar van?

my upper is leaking and the lower is leaking oil.........sould it be better and cheaper to get a whole new one or just the upper and lower fixed.....BTW the upper one this will be the sec time in one month that it was leaking they jsut fixed the upper not even a month ago?

If the upper was JUST repaired a month ago, it is incumbent upon the shop to repair it correctly. Take it back. If the lower wasn't touched, but is leaking. Make him a deal - split the cost as he has to do the upper again.
(He should have told you to repair it the first time when he saw the oil.)
