I would like to know how someone that has a BA degree as a Paralegal, with a double minor (Political Science & English) can get a job. I graduated in 2005 and have been on several interviews, but I keep hearing the same answer, "We want someone with experience." I did my internship at the local D.A.O and I have nothing below a B in any of my law classes? I could really use some suggestions, because how am I going to get experience if no one will hire me. I am willing to re-locate and have good references, but no job for which I am going to be paying student loans back. I just feel like I have been robbed.

Quite frankly it is likely that you have poor interviewing skills and are not wearing proper attire to the interview. Also, Paralegals are quickly being phased out by people with a Juris Doctorate degree who are waiting to take and pass their state's bar exams. I recommend that if your GPA is as good as you say it is, you take the LSAT and go on to law school.

Be more aggressive in your job search, and think outside the box. The worst that can happen is you don't get an interview. Get out the Yellow Pages, and send a resume' and cover letter (tailored to each firm) to every single attorney and law firm in your area. Flood the market. Have you posted your resume' on monster.com? Call the Clerk of the Court and ask for suggestions on which law firms/attorneys seem to be really active in the court there. Fill out an application to work at the courthouse itself. Be creative. Make LOOKING for a job your ACTUAL job. Keep records and files on who you have contacted, when, the outcome, etc. Looking for a job IS harder than actually working at one sometimes. You have to keep pounding the pavement. Determination will eventually pay off. Do not think of yourself as a victim or you run the risk of projecting a negative attitude. I'm serious. You may not even realize it. Call the law schools and ask if any of the professors/teachers are hiring interns. Just keep at it!

Welcome to the Catch-22 of being a recent graduate. You need a job to get experience, but nobody wants someone with no experience.

Try finding a placement agency. There are some that specialize in the law field. They might be able to help, or at least point you in the right direction.

Did you talk to your advisor about any of this? Did you try the DA's office? Your advisor should be able to help you out with this. Did you join a paralegal association? They have job banks. In the legal field, jobs are to be had by connections, unfortunatly.
