I know that I sound like the generic teenage girl who wants a BMI of only 14 like those psychotic models who are flatter than 2x4s, but my parents have been telling me to eat less.
I'm 16-years old, 5'5'', and 115lbs. It sounds normal and all, but compared to other Asian girls, I'm not a pixie.
I currently have more fat than muscle on me right now, and am wondering if I should start exercising and such. I obviously don't want to be anorexic, but I also don't want to be unhealthy.
(PS: I'm a vegetarian)
