I really need help. I am 34yrs old. I filed for divorce 2 weeks ago and she hasn't called but I heard from her atty in a letter. She and I haven't spoke since Thxgiving when she was uncooperative about spending 1 hour with my family. I cancelled our wedding 3x because she would throw temper tantrums, tyraids, roll her eyes, etc and she is 36yrs old. We have seen 7 counselors but she will not respect me or submit to my spiritual authority. We have been seperated for a year but have been trying to work it out. When she doesn't want me to be the leader/husband, I am not. She is very critical, stubborn, unappreciative, honoree, uncooperative, and unwilling to follow my leadership. I love her and she is the girl of my dreams but she is emotionally abusive. She does have mood swings where at times she can be very sweet to me. We also have a very restrictive sex life and just about non existant.

Friend has one yr old fixed female looks like a Weimaraner.

She's a homeowner with an inground pool. Fence resembles http://uncorked.org/medley/archives/oldfence2.jpg.

Her neighbor has 3 labs. 2 large, muscular golden labs. 1 young black lab instigates exploration into friends yard by breaking thru the old fence by loosening the boards, breaking holes, etc.

Black dog has been found in the pool before & had to be retrieved by friend who returned them safely numerous times to an ungrateful neighbor. Neighbor called the subdivision office who came out while friend was at work & gave notice she had to fix the fence but the fence is a shared fence (no survey done yet for proof). No response to her messages.

The dogs came over yet again and this time she wanted them off her property & did not return them to neighbors backyard. Neighbor called police on friend but they couldn't do anything. Dogs were found. Neighbor takes no responsibility, blames friend.

What to do? Options? Rights?

there are two departments need to be meet or be connected into a single network. but the problem is that a patch cable of 70 meters wont work for them to be connected.

How can I connect a department to our main server/web server via switch that is 70 meters far from the other switch?

here's the diagram:

server+switch#1 <----------70 mtrs.---------------->switch#2+terminals

is there a posibility this network be connected to each other?

I have a daughter who will be 2 in February. My husband and I were both raised protestant, but for a variety of reasons, we don't feel comfortable raising her in a church setting. We would like to raise her secularly. I have been looking into Secular Humanism but so far have found the attitudes in these circles to have some of the same characteristics that have turned me off to religion: The crazy "I'm right-- I can't even believe that you believe something else... are you stupid?" attitude.

I would like to become more exposed to some of the eastern philosphies, but really have no idea where to start. I would love some feedback from people who have raised their children outside of the church (on purpose). What types of challenges have you had? Thoughts in general.

I see this guy constantly getting death threats and harrassing things of the sort. I think it's a bit stupid because I see him eventually standing up to the certain group that is doing it. He's an alright guy and I can't help but think alot of it is spawn out of jelousy. It seems alot of the flack he gets should actually be placed on the idiots stirring the trouble. I am finishing up prerequisits and wondering if I am smart enough to go into nursing school. I have some trouble with my sciences and it seems like I dont retain a whole bunch. I pass my classes with A's and B's so far but I don't know if I should persue this career choice. Any good avise?

I have more than 2,000 songs in my iPod now and if I delete anything from iTunes and update my iPod, it automatically deletes those songs also. I need to reformat our computer because it has been really slow and we can't figure out what it's causing it. I am buying an external hard drive to save all my important files before I reformat it, but I don't know how that works with iTunes. Will I just go to "My Computer, open "Programs" folder, copy the entire "iTunes" folder and paste it to the new drive? Has anybody done this before? I can't write all those songs in CDs. It took me a long time to upload all these songs from CDs to iTunes. I don't want to do that all over again when I reformat the computer. Any inputs would be very much appreciated. :-)
