Call 911, who will send an ambulance and send the police. Police would be standard for anytime you "find" someone like that. The 911 comunications may instruct the individual on life saving methods.
Of course I would help...but then again I'm an EMT and a Nurse.

Laying hurt and bleeding - use your common sense and call a AMBULANCE FIRST, in turn the 911 operator will also dispatch a police officer. its a standard procedure.

I would call an ambulance and the police. just dial 911 and tell them what happened and that it looked like a crime scene, but eh man needed immediate medical attention.

I would call the police because with all the frivilous lawsuits entering our legal system today, it is better to be safe than sued for doing something wrong while in transport to a hospital.

Call 911 immediately. Apply CPR if neccessary. Cover the victim with something to prevent shock.

I would help the person....I would stop the bleeding and talk to them to keep them awake and have someone call the ambuluas or vice versa
