If you ask your boyfriend to be home at a certain time? Then 2 hours later he didnt show up.. and you call to were he is... and they say he's drunk and passed out... what would you do???

Kick his a*ss. It's OK. He will be too drunk to feel anything or remember anything. Keep doing this until he learns that drinking can be harmful to your health.

I would be upset.
Talk to him and tell him to call/come over when you ask him to.
How would he feel if you ditched plans with him, got drunk and passed out?
If he can't understand where you're coming from and something like this happens again, I'd say it's time to move on and find someone else who follows through with your expectations of them.
