I am 32 weeks pregnant today to my amazement the doctor heard two heartbeats. At the moment he`s not sure If I am having twins or not, but my question is if I am having twins wouldn`t it appear on the ultrasound? A lot of people see me and ask am I due any time soon however I have until feb before I have the baby, but I just figured that I had a lot of water weight and the baby would be at least 8 lbs, but now the twins thingy has me wondering. I mean wouldn`t it be known from the start or do women normally go into labor and sometimes they end up having twins? I am a small person weighed 120 at 5`6 before the pregnancy so wouldnt` it be evident that I am pregnant with twins before 32 weeks?

The worst being the past 3 years, which has made me very unsociable. I used to have friends and be the life of hte party and every one called me.
How do I revert to my old personality? Things are getting better, I go out in public (which used to be really hard for me).

I rear ended a van last october. My car was smashed about two feet in on the passenge side. I went to the ER the next day. The doctor there told me that I had spastic muscles and that they where pinching my nerves. I had a shocking pain that ran down my arm and beleive it or not my right breast would vibrate here and there. It was about three months when those symtoms passed. But now a year later, I have a awful pain in the left side of my neck. there are only a few positions that I can rotate my neck with out it hurting. The pain goes from my bottom neck on my spine and shoots to the left side. I'm going to set up a doctors appointment as soon as my insurance kicks in. But the pain is just so annoying and I'm afriad I might move the wrong way and make it worse.

The reason I ask is because my fiance and I have lived together for over 3 years, so we have most of the stuff that you would ask for on your registry. I would hate to just get new stuff just to get it, and it would be much more helpful if family and friends helped by giving money to put towards wedding expenses.
