Complete darkness = Total absence of light.
So speed of darkness is speed of RECEDING of LIGHT itself .
Thus it has the same speed as that of light which is:

No such thing. It is like the speed of silence compared to the speed of sound.
I suppose you could say that it is the same as the speed of light since when you shut off your flashlight, the last part of the beam departs the area at the speed of light, leaving darkness behind it. So it is like a wave of darkness following right behind the light as it goes off at the speed of light. But that is a virtual phenomenon because darkness isn't a thing that can have a speed.

The speed of absolute darkness is 0.0000000 there is no such thing as the speed of dark, some might argue that it's the same as the speed of light but not true, dark has no light molecule's there for can not support any type of speed, un like light which moves 299792458 m/s. This is do to nothing more then perception.

The Speed of Darkness is equal to the speed at which light retreats, I can't believe someone gave me thumbs down.
The Speed of Light may vary throughout the universe. the Jury is still out...explain Black Holes!!!

but darkness do not emit rays which has speed
