This guy hasn't worked or done any volunteer work in 4 years. His mother supports him, although he doesn't live with her. He's also a chronic pot smoker. Mom buys his groceries, he does his laundry at her place, and he uses her address for his bills, which probably means she's paying his expenses. I've only known him two weeks but I see red flags here. I'm just feeling like I should run the other way - and probably will. By the way - he's 46! He had a low-paying career prior to stopping work, so I imagine he has little savings and requires her help. The whole thing just doesn't feel right.

I have a couple questions concerning medical school...

1) Would med schools rather you be totally immersed in medically-related extra-curriculars such as Pre-Med club, job at hospital, volunteering in the medical field, etc. or see that you are totally passionate about something medically unrelated? I have dedicated myself to Invisible Children, an organization that aids the children in Northern Uganda but I'm not sure if I should try to focus on just this or try also to get involved in medically related activities.

2) This may be a stupid question, but what exactly is the format for medical school? Is it similar to how a normal university works with credit hours and such, or is there a different format?

Thanks for your help and please only respond if you're experienced and know what you're talking about. Thanks again!

Ladies - what do you dislike most about men? What male behavior bothers you the most? You can list as many things as you want (I know some of you will have really long lists)

If I should call you up, invest a dime
And you say you belong to me and ease my mind
Imagine how the world could be, so very fine

I know the polite thing to do is to go to the party I was invited to first and this was my intention, then the second person who invited me INSISTED that I come (btw, the first person is a friend and the second is family.) Would it be okay if I want to one party for a bit, left early and went late to the next party? I really don't know what to do. Both girls will be offended if I tell them I can't make it.

I mean, it's not like our job requires us to be competitive. It's just that she always has to one-up me, even about stupid stuff that doesn't even matter to me. Should I just keep ignoring her or say something. Urgh, she's so frustrating!!!

Well my question is that do girls like being hugged / cuddled / kissed alot? Because my girlfriend alway tells me on the phone how much she wants me to just hold her and I wish could at that time but I couldn't do anything. But then when I see her like at school, I'd hug for for a really long time but then she would like let go. It feels like she doesn't want to be hugged too long.
So ya, help me out girls ;).

Can a single woman adopt a child from Russia or do they have to be married. I am interested in pursuing this in the next few years and would be greatful to know anything about the Russian adoption process, costs associated with it, how the adoption went, and how the child is adjusting to life in the US. Any information is welcome. Would love to hear espically from parents who have recently done international adoptions. Thanks so much!!!
