In today's context: some words that are supposed to reinforce egalitarian outlook towards human rights, bring alive some bad images and many people aren't too enthused to take mainly these words kindly: multiculturalism, globalization, liberalism, feminism etc.

Even though the purpose of these terminology was RIGHT, why do people don't like to identify with it anymore.

My eye doctor used the machine and said it was to check overall health. He said it showed a problem with chronic constipation. I told him it was a problem in the past but not now. And I didn't have the nerve to ask if it could tell if a person is on drugs.

I've heard about a phenomenon of being grounded. I'm pretty sure it's some kind of penalty for speaking out against President Bush and that it's a pretty American-centric type of punishment that's even pushing it's prevelance into Australian society. How can the so-called "land of the free" be the source of such oppressive, degrading, wacky punishments?

Three men go into a restaurant, they have a lovely meal and the bill comes to £30.

They each pay £10.

The waiter realises he did the maths wrong and the bill is actually only £25.

The waiter goes back to the table but sneakily pockets £2 on the way.

He gives each man £1 back, so each man has now paid £9.

Three times £9 is £27, plus the £2 in the waiters pocket equals £29.

So where did the last £1 go?
