I used to have a recipe for mackerel stuffed with horseradish and watercress and wrapped with bacon. I've lost it and don't know where it came from originally! Does anyone have this recipe? Or alternitively, if I just try to make it up can you recommend how I should cook it (how long/what temp/bake or grill etc)? Thank you! L

My wife believes that even though I love her very much I will love the second wife more because of her children. She tells me that is what any man will do under the circumstance, but I don't think so. I love my wife for so many things but I am under intense pressure from my parents and sisters to get a child. I am from a polygamous setting anyway, but my fear is that I don't want anyone to snatch me from my wife. I am confused!

A man I've been dating for the past 5 years has declared his intentions to marry me. We are both in our late 30s, and I have a lot of affection for him but he is so boring! However, he loves me and thinks the world of me, has a good job and is very reliable and has no habits that I can't stand. I don't find him intellectually stimulating at all (he's good and simple in a Forrest Gump kinda way), but I'd like to raise a child and start a family and I feel as though I'm running out of time. He's keen to do the same and has just proposed. He would make a reliable husband and father, but I am worried that we will drift apart from sheer boredom. Since he's a good person should I marry him and just make the best of it? Am I justified in having mixed feelings or do I just not appreciate how lucky I really am? Help!

I found out yestedray I am 5 weeks pregnant. I broke up with my ex of 1 year about 7 months ago & was seeing this other guy. Last month, I slept with both of them in one week, which i know is totally disgusting. My new guy would just die if I told him I am pregnant and I'm not sure if he is the father or not. My ex is moving on with his life as well & wouldn't mind either way to be involved anyway, so I'm not even counting on including him in any decisions for now. I have 3 options: 1) Abort (even tho its kills me to even think of this option) to save everyone the scandal and hurt etc.. , 2) Be honest with both of them and tell them I want to have this baby, with or without their support (I'm guessing they both are going to be quite cross and upset with me - and they have every right to be) or 3) Tell my current guy he is the father and theres no doubt about it. I just have this enourmous sense of giult right now- all my fault, i know. I'm 27.

With reference to the Supreme Court Judgement in the Parliament attack case awarding death sentence to the accused, Home Minister has said that it would take upto 7 years for the Parliament to dispose off a Mercy Petition to the President. Has he (Home Minister) not transgressed his limits and has given his own judgement suspending the hanging for seven years? Does not this amount to Contemt of Court by over ruling the order of the highest judiciary of the land?.

What colour?
I'm petite, 5"1" in height. Medium olive-complexioned with jet-black curly/wavy hair. My eyes are my best features-- they are black, too and are complimented by my equally dark brows. I don't think there is anything else that's special about my appearance. I don't count myself as exceedingly pretty, but I'm OK to look at.

Could you tell me of a colour that'll suit me, please? I also want to know a good colour for the shoes.

should I tell them this is very poor etiquette? On the back it says "this card can be recycled in tesco throughout January 2006" so its definitely from the same pack. I've already sent them one so I can't withhold their annual card in protest. Should I just go round there and say my piece?

A few weeks ago at a friends house we opened as you do a few cans of lager as I'm a bitter drinker mine was really the only can of bitter but one of my mates has a strange habit; when they have finished their drink they put the end of their roll up cigarettes in their can..... however on this occassion they made the mistake to think my can of bitter was their can of lager as I did not notice I went ahead and picked up the can to knock it back, down the hatch, drink the last. I drank the remaining parts of bitter to my total horrible surprise to swallow their cigarette but ends.

I don't know if this will help but when my grandma died 12 years ago on Dec 5th we started a ceremony that we have continued yearly At midnight on Christmas eve we all gather to light a candle for each of our loved ones that has passed before us.Thye used to have luminary kits but can't find those anymore so we just use those gift bags that you fold over we put cat litter in or if you are lucky enough to have sand you can use sand use long burning candles(the ones called emergency candles the white ones) work reallly well we light a candle for each person and say something about them anyone can say what they want to the person and light the candle. we then leave them outside to burn all night I always check the next morn to see wh's is stil, burning(I use different scenes on bags for each person) It always makes us cry but it is healing at the same time and allows us a moment of silence for those we miss and love. last year was the hardest one ever
