Only if you squeeze their spots then rub your fingers over your own face.

Morgellons? Itchy spots that don't go away? At night do you feel the itch more? Do you feel like something has bit you but when you look you see nothing (except those red bumps) And a bug sensation on the lips? Personally my long hair that touched my face really itched also. Made my face look like I had acne.
I looked and looked for something to cure me, the docters (3) that I seen thought I was crazy! But I knew that there was something wrong. I never had any skin problems and damn if I could get some eczema at 26.
I started reading. Alot on the internet and with my own personal thoughts that it was not scabies, since the Dr's script only fixed my itching/crawling feeling for a couple of days.(A week at the most) I even bathed in dog flea dip numurous times (permethrin was the same active ingredient) I could rid the itch for a couple of days but not cure myself. This was my personal step since the Dr. thought I was delusional and wouldn't give me anymore scabies medication.
I suffered for years. Almost 3. Paid thousands of dollars to Dr's who gladlly took my money but when they couldn't cure with simple med's dismissed me as nutso.
I was looked at with a WOOD's light which showed one Dr. that there was SOMETHING there my lesions floreced, I was quickly excused from her practice because I doubted her ability on her skin biopsey that she said showed "nothing"
I turned to a medication that is sold at pet stores called IVERMECTIN (a horse dewormer- kills absolutely everything you could think of) and self administered. The itch stopped. I also washed with Selsun Blue- daily, left it on the skin for 5 minutes at the least. Also sprayed foot fungal spray on the lessions. And since I read that ringworm could be cured with rubbing 10-1 bleach on sores this was done also. I can't say which cured the problem but a mixture of these and the red and white PEPPERINT candies got rid of the most awful skin problem known to our current generation. GOD HELP THOSE WHO GET THIS AND PLEASE TRY THESE SUGGESTIONS.

No. unless they had chick pox, or measles.

The only way that would happen with regular spots is if their spots are open, juicing or pusing and this is then rubbed on to you, alternatively if your partner has squeezed their spots, not washed their hands then put their filthy mitts all over you..

No you can't. Spots are caused by a build up of dirt and grease in your skin pores. Hormone levels can also be a factor with spots.
