I have been offered an internal position at my company but they arent going to move me to the new position until Mid Feb-end of Feb. I hate the role i am in now... I have also been offered another job to work at a secondary school as an IT Technician. The job at my company is a field service engineer. I'm worried they will delay moving me over if they dont find cover for my team. I dont know what to do! Please help. The salary for the school is 16k and the internal position is 21000k

Her drunk friend answered a question i was asking her. She asked me Why do i flirt around with you her?I asked her why you really dunno? and her friend replied coz he loves you. And there it started. She said she is engaged back in India Arranged marriage she says for a year...i mean no ceremonies yet..just the families have spoken. She said no next day after the party.I agree i became a little to restless to find out. She has been labeled in Univ as the woman who knows how to use people to get help with her assignments. I figured out what the hell was i doing..helping her. This was the core of he the interaction.nothing else at all. But then she wanted to stay friends after saying no...i told her don't have to say yes i don't need it if you cant commit. Just think about career goals. We started talking again but she was in a project group she didnt need me ignored me. now am doing it and feeling really bad abt it. Last night at the party i ignored her 100% i cud see she was not pissed

Lobsters do feel pain - all animals do.

Next time you are cooking, I dare you to dip your finger in boiling water for even a couple of seconds. You probably won't be able to - because it's excruciating.

Yet, most people have no problem dropping a live creature into a pot full of boiling water for 20-30 mins because 'it tastes so good'.

Frankly I could never live with myself if I put an innocent creature through such unbearable agony - yet most people have no problem with it. Why is this and will it ever change?
