Yes it is very much possible, once you become arroused & are ready for s*x, you start secreteing juices in which there can be sperms present, I advise if you do not want to be a parent yet a condom be put on before any contact is made. this will help to avoid any unwanted accidents, also be sure to wash your hands because daft as it may seem you can transport the sperms on your hands, to the females vagina, so be careful.

Simply put.....yes....

Sperm will travel along the "inner tube" by way of naturally occuring liquids (that which makes up ***, the sticky gel-like substance). The liquid is secreted from the inner tube's glands to help the process of reproduction become "efficient"

Hypothetical:
Say your performing oral sex on a male. If you grasp his penis in your hands, it could be likely that sperm has made it's way to the tip and could be transferred to your touching hand. Say you later masterbate with the same hand it could be likely to become pregnant.

^^^^There have been billions of people that have lived...I'm sure a few attained life that way.
