I just wanna ask how can i increase the speed of my rotation during my jumps. And how can i jump higher too? any tips or tricks???? thanks~! all i can do is a single. sometimes i even trip on off-ice practice

You need to increase your leg strength and explosive quick twich leg muscles to give you move speed. Consult with a trainer for specific excercises for your age.

You need to train your leg muscles to jump higher. Try doing off-ice jump drills
