I think I would kick your a** after I got all the T&F's off, but I wouldn't call the fuzz on you. Some people just can't take a joke. But that was abit extreme over a frisbee.

The mistake you made was in not rolling over him to flatten out the tar. Had you done that, he never would have had the opportunity to call the police. :)

I do think that pouring tar on a person is dispecable,violent and very much against the law,he could sue you.
its not fun for him even if it was for you.i would not see it as a joke myself either.
the police were right to roll you up!(and more)!

It shouldn't be! Your neighbor is lucky he didn't get drawn and quartered - for example. (Bloody considerate of you using cooler tar - an altruistic gesture, to be sure!)
