Clean the mattress properly, sun it and make sure that there are no traces or smells of urine.

Then spray an anti-soiling spray like 'GET OFF' spray.

Put clean bedsheets.

Keep them away from the room, or cover the bed with a plastic sheet. I have stitched shower curtains together and covered my bed with it! Cause even after rigorous toilet training if I leave them alone for long periods, my cockers do sometimes pee on my bed. Not often - maybe about once in 3 months, especially when they are angry with me for any particular reason.

Proper house training can however really help, and like with me, the problem only occurs if they are for some reason, really really mad with you and want to teach you a lesson!

I hope though that this is happening while you are away and not when they are sleeping WITH you. In that case reduce water intake and re-look at the way you are toilet training them, cause it's obviously not working!

The only thing I have to say is, why are the dogs on your bed? I have talked about this here before. It is a pack issue. People keep treating their dogs like humans, they allow them on their beds on their furniture etc, etc. They think they are doing them a favor, but, all they are doing is confuse them about their status within the pack. Then the dog starts thinking that he is on the same level as you and that is when the problems start. The growling the barking the not listening the protectiveness over their food. And they come to think of YOUR bed as their own, and they pee on it BECAUSE THEY CAN. Think about this for a minute, it is your bed, you can pee on it if you want to. It will be gross, but the point is that you can do whatever you want to YOUR STUFF.

Make sure they get let out a lot, Clean your blankets so there is no smell left over which could attract them. Keep them with you at all times, to prevent this behaviour, close the doors to the rooms, don't let them on the bed.

Don't rub their faces in it, and there is no point punishing them if you don't actually see them do it. If you don't see them doing it, then you're not watching them closely enough.

If this happens when you are out, get a crate.

Keep them out of the bedroom. Rubbing their nose in it will do nothing...that's mean. Ask a vet.

I hear that you must grab their head and shove their face into their pee. but do not do this when it happen hours ago, do this right after you see them pee, so keep an eye on your dogs.
