I know most of you are going to say yes right off and I respect that so if your answer is no, can you tell me why you think that (besides STDs and getting pregnant)?

I really like this girl, hell of a lot more than any girl I've liked before. We've been off and on for the past year or two. Frankly, it's getting on my last nerve - I'm beginning to lose faith in her, she changes boyfriends like she changes clothes. I asked her out Friday, and we've been together since. Some freak asked her out today, and she replied with a "Yes." At least that's what she told ME; later today at the buses, she and her friend told me it was a harmless joke. We kissed goodbye, though it didn't feel right, it wasn't the overall goody goody feeling I had when our lips touched. I want to believe, I want to think everything's alright, and I know I should; however, what if it isn't a joke? What if she's using me, she's broke my heart too many times to count. I can't even bear the thought of losing her; then again, I'm just completely lost. Either way, it seems there's something to lose in BOTH cases. What should I do? Please help me.

i'm a mother of 2, and i want to go back to school and there so many obstacles in my way... is there someone out there that has been in this situation and if so how did u overcome those obstacles? my obstacle is my abusive husband who i want to leave, and my financial situation... i don't work and i'm now trying to go to school to become independent.....

he put his finger in me and a pen too. we are the same age, so was it wrong and i need to tell my mom or should i keep it to myself. i didnt like it and this christmas we will share a room again. should i just sleep with my grandma and grandpa. if i ask to sleep with my mom she will ask questions. also my cousin acts like nothing happened. i dont want to tll my mom she cries easy and worries a lot since my dad left.

I heard that a Rabbi was threatening to sue the airport if they didn't remove the christmas trees. He says they are religious symbols and they were offensive to his religion (Jewish). Anyone here agree? Is a christmas tree a religious symbol? Or is he just full of himself and wanting his 15 minutes of fame?

We've narrowed it down to GMC Sonoma, Dodge Dakota, Toyota Tacoma, or Nissan Fronteir. Ford Rangers are out. I was thinking of the Dodge, but there's a really high number of those on www.autotrader.ca which makes me think nobody likes them and are all trying to get rid of them. Last night I was convinced there was someone in my house, I heard voices and footsteps. I'm 23 with a 14 month old daughter, my bf is away from sunday night till Tuesday night. I had to phone my dad at 4am just to come and check, I was terrified. Now I'm alone again and am scared to go to sleep. I'm always hearing creaking and noises, we live in a house with 3 floors. I'm well scared.

I have a problem with motivation. I have a decent job, but I am an underachiever. I try to work, but I can't. I know that it sounds stupid, but I just can't get motivated. Yes, I can be considered lazy, but the fact of the matter is that I try and lose focus. I have an IQ of 130, and I always get great reviews at work, but I don't understand how I do it. I wait until the last minute, but still manage to get things done. In reality, I do about 8 hours of work in a 40 hour work week, and if my boss knew what I was doing, I would be fired in a heartbeat. I feel guilty because I know I can do so much better. Does anyone have suggestions as to how I can get motivated and get my work done. Does anyone else have a problem with motivation?

My wife home schools our boys based on "The Well Trained Mind" - basically, classical education. However, she finds herself fighting with them more than teaching them, and I was wondering if anyone had found some resource(s) that offers some different learning activities. Presently covering approx 2nd-3rd grade material. My hope is that we might engage the boys interests so that they want to learn as opposed to viewing it as a chore to get Mommy off their case!
