Registers/Binders that allow you to insert an image in the inside cover to display through outside cover?

It would be great if it was very classy and elegant for for formal affairs , not those cheap ones you find all over the internet. I have an image of one I like but cannot find it ANYWHERE ON THE NET.

The album cover theory now and lower back is desirable to me, yet not each and all of the time. Like Presence, while i'm listening to Achilles final Stand, it does not have an identical environment because of the fact the extra youthful satisfied family contributors on the table.
