No t-rex's arent scared of the dark. Havent u seen Jurrasic Park? What possesed you to ask such question. In fact i dont think t-rexs are scared of anything.

as the T-rex was at or near the top of the food chain in his day, I doubt he was frightened by much of anything.

Yes that was why the people in the jeep in "Jurrasic Park" were getting chased, he wasn't trying to kill them he was just running from the dark, saw the jeeps lights and wanted to follow it, to get out of the dark.
