Yep. Very possible. It's a cool little trick of genetics. You see, you actually have 2 genetic traits for eye color (and most/all other traits)

This means that the mother and father both have 1 Brown and 1 Blue Trait. Brown happens to be a Dominant Trait, so if you carry even one "copy" of the Brown trait, your eyes are brown. If you carry two, they could possibly get darker.

Since the traits are mixed randomly two Brown/Blue parents have a 75% chance to have a brown-eyed child, and a 25% chance to get a blue-eyed child. (and with the divorce rate like it is, at least a 50% chance to get a red-headed stepchild)

Both parents need to have the recessive gene for blue eyes, then there is a 1:4 chance of a blue-eyed baby.

Absolutely YES!!

Blue eyes come from a 'recessive' gene. Both parents must be carriers of that recessive gene for a baby to have blue eyes, but it does not happen for every child. The gene for brown eyes is dominant.

I have blue eyes. One brother has blue eyes, the other has brown eyes. Both of our parents have brown eyes. Two grandparents had brown eyes, one was blue eyed, and one was green eyed.

It's nearly impossible to predict before the baby is born what color the eyes will be.

Hope this helps.

If both parents have one blue-eyed parent, the chances of a blue-eyed child is 1 in 4.

If both parents have one brown and one blue allele, then for any particular child, there's a 1 in 4 chance of receiving two brown alleles, a 1 in 4 chance of receiving two blue alleles (the only case that will result in blue eyes), and a 2 in 4 chance of receiving one brown and one blue allele (hence brown eyes). If one parent has blue eyes, and the other has both a brown and a blue allele, then the odds are 50/50 for each of their children to have either brown or blue eyes. So if one or both parents have brown eyes, it's possible for them to have blue-eyed children. But when both parents have blue eyes, so all of their alleles are for blue eyes, all of their children will have blue eyes. In that case, if any child has brown eyes, it must be the case that one parent – most likely the male – is not the biological parent. Oops.

Most babies at birth have blue eyes at birth. However it takes up to 6 months after the baby is born for it to get an actual eye color so yes you can have a blue eyed baby at birth but it's eye color may change to another color at 6 months.

You betcha! I bet you both have some blue-eyed people in your families. If you both have the recessive blue eyed gene it would override the dominant brown-eyed gene. Look in an eighth grade science text (seriously) under gene tables and it will explain it to you.

Yup. If either of your parents has blue eyes, you're carrying the gene for blue eyes. If two of you are carriers for the blue-eyed gene, it's possible for you to have a blue-eyed baby.
