I heard that you shouldn't get your Master's degree from the same institution that granted you your Bachelor's degree. Is there any truth to this? Does it look better to potential employers if your degrees are from separate institutions?

Not to be rude, but, please, if you don't have personal experience (have a Bachelor's/ Master's, work in educational administration, are on the hiring committee of an educational institution) don't answer. I don't need answers like, "Sounds right to me". Thanks.

I have noticed lately that my fish have been getting algae on them. i know that it is algae b/c they can rub it off. i had one that died and we took it in and the petstore people said that it had algae on it. so how do i get it off w/out harming the fish. b/c apparently it can kill them.

Well, to start off, I'm 18 yr. old male, and have had generalized anxiety with the occasional panic attack for the past year. One of my main symptoms I have is my breathing gets "off" and I don't breathe "naturally". It's like I'm constantly thinking about it and it causes me to breath too much, not at the right speed, etc. I tend to mouth breathe more often than I should also.


Well, when I sit up on my bed to read, use my laptop, etc, I always feel like I have to burp. Then I have HUGE burps that come deep down from my stomach.

Could I be taking in too much air and not notice it because my breathing has been "different" for close to a year? Which explains why I feel like I have to burp so much?

When I have those HUGE stomach burps, it relieves ALOT of pressure and just makes me feel really loose... it's like, ahh, and it just opens me up.

Does this sound logical? Or is it maybe something else?

this gut that I like, (and people think he likes me back) did something funny the other day...
he got a new phone, and then asked what my # is so I gave it to him, and asked him why he wanted it, and he said (jokingly), to annoy you...

so anyway later that day he texted me which was nice, and he didn't call me over he weekend and today at school he said he was sorry he didn't call...
does that mean he could like me??? and the cool thing was when he asked for my #, it was out of the blue, and cheered me up, because just a little while before this douche had broken my heart...

I just notised that it is starting to get a slite curve to the left near the base of the sick. I hear guys say they are curved to the left alot. is this just the natural progression.
