i'm a week late for my period today it just came on but it's light and it stopped for like an hour or 2 and then it started again and now it's gone so what could this be could be pregnant

It's possible you are pregnant. It may just be that you are under stress or haven't been eating well. I had endometriosis, and my periods were like the one you described. If I were you, I would visit an OBGYN and have a physical done.

i would take a home pregnancy test, and go to the doctor with either results....
