Here is the thing I work for a company who has sorta changed hands or is still in the transition faze. There have been several changes in both policy and employee requirements and expectations none of which I have been consulted about in any manner even though these changes affect me both directly and indirectly both as an employee and as an associate of this company. I do not like alot of the changes like direct deposit is now a requirement where befor it was not even an option no choice in the matter whatsoever automatic. I drive a truck as in 18 wheels. My assigned tractor was governed with out my knowledge or concent , without even telling me period. When I questioned the sudden loss of power and speed I was first told keep an eye,what you think is wrong,keep us informed, ect. Then once i was positive there was a major difference in the way my equipment was performing and handling and took the necessary steps to diagnose the problem was finly told about the restriction. from top to bottom said 2 neighbors who saw it when it was open. They found radon in building and drilled hole from my wall to this moldy room to solve radon problem in building. For years, I had SEVERE coughing to the point I peed myself and thought my ribs were broken throwing out my back from violent coughing that went on several hours where I couldn't catch a breath...with tons of clear phelm..thought I had chronic bronchitis but many years later found it was allergic rhitinitus and allergy to mold and then discovered mold under carpet when moving. Few lung problems since moving..it mostly all went away. I am worried this mold might affect my health and cause return of symptoms. Can it get to me from through walls or under door in hallway? What can I do to get them to fix it.? I am afraid to complain as so many residents are evicted from this subsidized housing on sham excuses. Would health department help me anonomously complain and how dangerous is mold?

I want to go out on a blokes night out in leeds this weekend, maybe stay the night their if my lucks in!!! My girlfriend wants to come along she is constantly nagging me, what can i do to shut her up! Should i do my usual and start an argument with her then storm out? She keeps going on at me to spend more time wth her too! I dont mind her coming clubbing with me but just not all the time, too many pretty ladies in clubs! I dont want to dump her i mean who else would put up with me? We are ment to be getting married next july, do you think her nagging will stop then? Once she sees ive made a commitment to her! She hasnt got many friends to go out with and even if she did she wouldnt cheat on me! Please help! I don't know what clothes would suit me. I have just turned 16 but I am at the stage where I don't like my old clothes (they are also getting too short for me....I have grown a couple of inches). I know, I was even shorter than 5 foot 1 a year ago! What online clothes shops are there for petite teens (I have a small frame). I feel I don't fit in. Everyone is so much taller and bigger than me! It's almost embarrasing. What are some good shops online? I don't want online shops for kids even though I'm pretty small. What makeup would suit me (I am after natural looking...I live in Australia.) I have dark brown hair, brown eyes and a rounded face. My skin is fair to normal although I tan right up in summer. I am after a mini makeover. Any suggestions?
