I am a native speaker of Hindi and English is my secondary/foreign language.

When I say "Show" or "Sow" the sounds of "s" are same. Similarly in Pronunciation and Certification the sounds of "tion" is not good. How can I rectify this problem of my tongue? I never paid attention to it but now that I am looking for a job in Call Centers I am having this problem with my English. Please, guide me.

when making the S sound you tounge should be touching almost no part of your mouth. For the SH sound put your tounge above your teeth on your gums.

I've heard each methods and been taught each methods. When I went to Heidelberg final 12 months I heard the ok-ish variation whilst speaking to a few persons but if I talk German with a piece pal who is from Germany she proclaims the identical phrases with the sh sound. I believe distinct German-talking areas simply pronounce it otherwise.

For sh, try rolling the front and sides of your tongue down a bit. For s, try having your tongue more flat. This will be a LOT easier if you spend ten minutes with somebody who speaks English, Arabic, or Urdu and work back and forth on it.
