Find out if there is a Lawyer representing him (even Public defenders office?) Get the facts from the lawyer.
If it looks that he may not make it home for X-mas, I suggest you prepare a good reason (work or other) that daddy wont be able to make it home for X-mas.
I feel that she is to young for the absolute truth at this time.

This dude is in serious trouble. Looks like 2 controlled substance charges, originally. 2 Identity theft charges, originally. 1 theft in the 3rd degree, a felony, originally. Then, he failed to appear on those charges, was placed on probation, then committed a computer crime and a controlled substance crime while on probation. Then failed to appear on the last two charges. Looks as if maybe that's a felony too. Then did more controlled substances, got caught, had to have been in prison at some point, cause that's when the State Parole Board stepped in and violated his parole as a MULTI offender. This guy has a serious drug problem, your'e better off without him around your daughter. Not to mention he's a thief. I'm glad he's off the streets.

Might want to make new plans for the holidays. Looks like he has been ignoring the term of his probation and ignoring summons to appear in court. The failure to appear will be insignificant compared to the other charges. Depending on your daughters age he might be out of prison for her college graduation. Actually looks like if he makes bail he will be free until he gets pulled over again. By the way I would NOT post bail for him.
This is just my opinion, Im not a lawyer and if he has a good one he might be able to work it out with the judge.

Well, since most of them are Failure to Appear, they probably won't be so lenient with those charges. But since he is on Parole and has violated the terms of his Parole, he will most likely go back to jail/prison. Sorry.

Depending on the county of each charge and whether or not he has warrants out for his arrest. The courts will have prelimanar hearings on each old and new charge so it is very important that he keeps record of what the judge says and of the poceedings. He must complete his programs, initiate attempt to remedy the financial debt and penalties which have incurred. He has the opportunity to demontrate attempt to remedy and conclude his past violations. But if he just ignores it all and agrees to what they tell him, he may be faced with felonies, so he must be very careful!

Good Luck, for your daughters sake!

I would guess with the parole violations and drug and identity theft charges and if all of them stick he will not be getting out for quite a while. Hang in there!

acool you're f*cking ignorant. Not all drug users are like that. Alot of drug users use responsibly and don't abuse, and live everday, normal, fairly healthy lives.

When you see someone having a drink while watching a game on TV, do you point at them and instantly say, "You don't want that guy in your house, trust me. He's a raging alcoholic and he beats his wife and neglects his kids and drives drunk all the time and steals money from people to buy booze." ?

Yes? Wouldn't surprise me. No? Then think before you open your mouth. It's people like you that dead seriously make me ponder killing myself because having to share a world with you is the most sickening thought I can muster. If say, an intelligent alien race landed here on Earth tomorrow, I'd rather be dead than have another race look at me and think I'm anything like you.

Why can't people open their minds, or hearts, or think anymore? I've seriously lost all hope in the human race as a whole. It's sad that we've gotten ourselves to this point.

A "failure to to appear" means that he didn't show up for his court date.

A "controlled substance" is usually drugs

A probation violation means that he got caught doing something/had something that he wasn't supposed to due to a lenient sentencing earlier is his er, um, career.
