Recently, I learned that my supervisor is ultra ultra conservative.

I know this question has no definite answer, but what are some usual characters associated with such ultra ultra conservative person?

Um, conservatives usually have strong judeo-christian ethics like pro-life, preservation of marriage between man and woman, protecting children from pornography, things like that. Economically, the conservative viewpoint is more letting people take care of themselves rather than supporting them through government programs, supporting bigger businesses so they influence the rest of the economy.
Some stereo-types are older, white, rich men and very religious mid-westerners. But that's not always true, as most stereotypes aren't.

Conservative generally means that it is important to them that they preserve what they have. Usually this includes finances, religion and a general way of life but just like people who identify as liberal, it can vary greatly from person to person.

So what? You're supervisor is entitled to his opinions and political philosophy, and you're entitled to yours. Deal with it.
