Hi, How's Purdue University, West Lafayette for a graduate degree in Computer Sciences? I would like to pursue an MS there, and would like to gather more information on this university.. I'm an INternational student, and what is the international students ratio at Purdue? Thanks.. :)

I've seen dogs be "dressed" in dog clothes, and loads of celebrities seem to dress their dogs up. I think it's sick and wrong, your pet shouldn't have to suffer just because you're screwed up!

There used to be a company in Mammoth Lakes, California by the name of Kittredge Bow Hut. I understand it was sold in the mid 1980s, to a group in Visalia, California headed up by a gentleman by the name of Brian Sword. Is this company still in business? possibly with a different name. I am looking to buy a dvd cam coder but no idea what kind to buy, I was checking CANON DC10 and DC100 but I can change my view and brand....just wanted to know if the mega pixel things work the same as Digital Cameras? and all the DVD Camcoders can be used as a still-photo camera as well? Please help...

in the theory this fellow speculated that human life from 25-30 thousand could have been abducted and transplanted on another planet with a environment close to earth's with just a slight variation of 1.27 G's rather than 1.0 G of earth's and still survive in this new and different environment with out much of a physical change in there physiology other than a change of mass in the bones and solf tissues, he also suggested that because 25-30 thousand there was a ice-age and if the planet that they where transplanted to had a less hostile environmet, that they might already have a more advanced culture than us. I think the idea sounds like science fiction but a 100 years ago idea's like heavier than air flying machines were thought to be fiction as well, so my question is could something like this have happened and we would never have known about it?

i was reading about the Fermi Paradox and it got me to wondering if maybe it could have happened.

I met this woman 3 years ago. In between that time up til 2 months ago we having been just passing friends. Either she was dating someone or I was dating someone. Well, now we have been "exclusive" for 1 month. I'm loving it, but sometimes when we get into disagreements both of our first inclination is to say forget it. That is what we are use to doing in previous relationships, but we want to get out of that habit with each other to have an adult relationship ans try to make SOMETHING together.
